Meghan Markle joked about a "third child you've never heard of" in Season 2 of With Love, Meghan on Netflix
The playful comment came as Meghan and Chrissy Teigen crafted jewelry inspired by their children's birth months
PEOPLE previously confirmed that the Cravings author would appear in the second season of the Duchess of Sussex's lifestyle series
Meghan Markle joked about the idea of having a "secret" third child in a new episode of With Love, Meghan on Netflix.
The Duchess of Sussex, 44, made the joke to Chrissy Teigen in Season 2 of the lifestyle series, which premiered Tuesday, Aug. 26. The moment came as they created jewelry featuring the flowers representing their children's birth months.
Meghan and Prince Harry are parents to Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4, while Teigen and her husband John Legend share daughters Luna, 9, and Esti, 2, and sons Miles, 7, and Wren, 2.
"Let's pick which flowers we want for our children's birth months. Miles is May? So Miles and Archie were both Lily of the valley," the Duchess of Sussex says. "And honsworth, this one."
Teigen, 39, replies, laughing, "What? You have a kid named Honsworth?"

Teigen adds, "I was like, I missed this. I'm sorry."
Meghan continues, "Honsworth? By the way, if I could have kept a secret like that, I mean, impressive. Isn't that what that flower is called? Honsworth?"
Someone off-camera then clarifies the bloom was actually Hawthorn, another May birth month flower, which sends both Meghan and Teigen into fits of laughter.
Prince Harry previously hinted that he and Meghan planned to have no more than two children. In a September 2019 British Vogue interview with Dr. Jane Goodall (which Meghan guest-edited), he said the couple would have two children "maximum," citing concerns for the planet.
The Duchess of Sussex revealed on the show that she reconnected with Teigen "a couple years ago," nearly 20 years after they first met on the set of Deal or No Deal in 2007.
In 2024, Teigen was one of the first to post about receiving jam from Meghan's lifestyle brand, originally launched as American Riviera Orchard.
Teigen revealed that she was a recipient of the exclusive product in a recipe tutorial shared to Instagram that April, where she used the spread in a sandwich featuring rustic bread, bacon, butter and brie cheese, with a little help from her daughter Luna and husband Legend.
"We jammin!! This might have been one of the best bites we've had all year," Teigen wrote in part below the video, adding that the snack "made us happy for the entire weekend."
In February, Meghan announced she was renaming her venture to As Ever to reflect a wider range of products, telling PEOPLE exclusively about the change.
"There are tons of twists and turns — even with the name," the Duchess of Sussex said about navigating trademark issues behind the scenes. "I was figuring it out in real time."
Meghan described the process of launching her business as a journey of growth.
"I appreciate everyone who gave me the grace to make mistakes and figure it out and also to be forgiving with myself through that. It's a learning curve," she said.
The Duchess embraces that learner's mindset once again in the new season of With Love, Meghan on Netflix, which PEOPLE exclusively revealed would return for a second season this fall.
