The chilling voice of a Kansas man echoed through a women's changing room as he uttered four haunting words, all while exposing himself to a young girl and her mother. A mother and her seven-year-old daughter were changing in the women's locker room of a North Kansas City YMCA fitness center earlier this month when the sound of a man's voice sent chills down their spine, prompting them to leave the stall, Fox 4 KC reported.
